Mass. Teen, Woman ID'd In Fiery Fatal Vermont Crash

A 19-year-old man and 20-year-old woman were killed in a single-car crash in Vermont over the weekend after their vehicle caught on fire, authorities said.

Sean Delaney and Elana Korey, both of Duxbury, were killed in the Middlesex, Vermont, crash on I-89 Sunday, July 28, Vermont State Police said

Delaney was behind the wheel of the 2006 Lexus ES330 when he crashed near mile marker 60 just after 5 a.m. The car burst into flames after the wreck. 

Police said Delaney was speeding on the fog-covered interstate when he crashed. Both he and Korey were pronounced dead at the scene.

Police are investigating the circumstances that led to the crash.
